Michelle Horgan PCC
Michelle is a professional Coach, multiple business owner, and mum to 8 year old twins and it was through running her first business that she discovered a true passion and natural flair for supporting individuals to perform at the top level.
In addition to her impressive Coaching credentials, (Michelle is an ICF Accredited Professional Coach (PCC), Certified StrengthsFinder Coach, Certified Psychological Safety Coach, Master NLP (with Neuroscience) Practitioner and NLP Sports Practitioner), Michelle is a former premiership and international rugby player and recently enjoyed playing for Scotland W40s Touch Squad in the 22/23 season.
She brings a wealth of high performance mindset experience and specialised positive psychology techniques to support our clients to transform their mindsets and achieve significant breakthroughs in their lives!

Elizabeth (Liz) Reid
Liz - a proud âun-retireeâ - has an extensive background in the corporate world, working with Chief Executives and Directors both in the financial and charity sectors. A keen golfer and currently, Ladies Vice Captain, Liz thrives in a busy environment and, having recently 'un-retired' from running a small hospitality business, she currently heads up the Marketing side of the business.
Liz is also a Trustee of a small charity, Lasting Life, the Simon Maccorkindale Legacy. As a dedicated cancer support charity, Lasting Life is able to see funds directly into the hands of individuals and small organisations, to assist those affected by the cruel disease of cancer.Â
Married to Peter, who she also supports in the day to day running of his plumbing and heating business, Liz has  two adult children and five amazing grandchildren and loves spending time with them all as often as possible.
