A bit about me
Well, I'm a professional Coach, multiple business owner, and mum to 7 year old twins. It was through running my first business that I discovered a true passion and natural flair for supporting women prepare for interviews. Women would come to me, low in confidence, questioning whether to even go for a new job, worrying and panicking about how nervous they felt and they would leave their coaching programs feeling "unstoppable" (to quote a particular client of mine!)!
I am so thankful I get to support incredible women as they transform their mindsets and, in the process, regain their confidence and land that dream job!!
Fun fact about me - I'm a retired elite athlete (having played premiership and international rugby) and so I bring a wealth of high performance mindset experience and specialised techniques which support my clients to transform their mindsets and achieve significant breakthroughs in their lives! In my spare time I love to spend time with family and friends and enjoy running or working out at home.
